SELF DEFENSE/CLEAN EATING WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN
Powered by Pamfilis Karate Academy, the Empowerment Model (EM) of Self Defense will be taught, discussed and practiced. Activities include role playing, conditioning and technique development.
*Ladies, this workshop is for moms, daughters, sisters, aunts, girlfriends….anyone who wants to learn the steps to empowerment.
The workshop will be complimented with a clean snacking finale including information about healthy choices to guide your clean eating journey. Participants will enjoy a FIT2Order favorite snack.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the House of Ruth.
