Due to the tournament this Saturday, May 12th, we will combine the classes at White Marsh to a 10-11 a.m. time frame. So all students, all ages and all belt ranks can attend the 10-11 a.m. class but all other classes will be cancelled for this day.

Any questions, please let me know.

Hope that you will attend the tournament even if your student is not competing.

Activities will include, but not be limited to: core conditioning and practical technique development, role-playing to learn verbal skills and to develop spatial and personal boundaries, and discussions regarding awareness within the self-defense realm. In this session, we will also introduce meditation, for those who are interested.
