Women’s Self-Defense Class- Sat. August 15, 1:00 – 3:00pm
This is a self-defense class for women 13+. We teach you how to be self-aware and to protect yourself. The fee for this class is $20 and a matched donation will be sent to the House of Ruth women’s shelter for survivors of domestic abuse.
